Only a hutu would dare compare President Farole to a warlord like Xaad Xaarle. Farole has always worked a halal job to provide for himself and his family whilst Xaad Xaarle has stolen the very home he squats in, and most likely murdered the owner.

Cheap propaganda. Xassan Sheikh is against any state formation, and not local governance. Hell, he doesn't care if Ahmed Madoobe was governor of Lower Jubba, so long as they hold off on any regional administrations. Honestly it is too early, and we are not ready for it. This whole Jubbaland fiasco has turned the Souths attention and energy away from fighting Alshabab. Let us get back to basis, control the land that you want to build an administration for.
