Some yes.. But there are some who are truly hungry..
I wouldn't give them money.. But as humans.. giving out food is the very least we can do..
Not long ago a homeless bloke reverted in London only because a lovely Muslim sister showed him kindness by feeding and clothing him.. Beautiful what our actions can do.
similar story happened at my uni. It was Ramadan and guy was heading to the misaajid for afur, saw a homeless guy begging. He told him if he was hungry he could come and eat with him at the misaajid. Guy said okay. Came to the misaajid, met some of the folks, and they told him, if he wanted food, he could come every day at maghrib to eat with them. He did so, and after some dawah and all, the guy became a Muslim within a couple of weeks. Masha'Allah.
