No one knows what is the govts solution would be but I feel they will keep their gains and to reject the igads next proposal but the people want them to come up with the solution not to let the conflict take longer yet this depends on the peoples elites. The conflict may take a year.
I hope you read for abukar arman an ex diplomat who lived in america more than 30 years he is good at foreing policy. at the end of the article he advises the govt to take action againist kenya.

They will have greater coordination is what is meant.
Obviously that just means, the UN/West is going to have primacy over piss poor African IGAD anyways.
basically he is the coordinator not igad so its the same.

Anyways as you seen my other thread nicholas kays role is about coordination so basically its the same. For example him and the govt will form a joint committee that will manage the world money for somalia for two years when the govts banks will be fully ready.
This means there will be no more an IGAD initiative they will work with him like the govt.
