Meta, don't deliberately confuse people, mate. It's either his son or his nephew as some people already suggested. :ufdup:


Here's the scenario: The arrested man's father is my father's son = I am my father's son so the arrested man can be my son. If that is not the case then my father's son can also be my brother so the arrested man is my nephew.
