Women talk their problems out. Thats why we tell eachother the most mundand of things "shiit my split end are back....I have nothing to wear" etc etc
Men are fixers, they dont want to listen to a problem that they either 1. cant fix 2.dont need to fix
There is some truth to this and it gets men into a lot trouble with their significant others. Most men prefer to walk out and don't listen when their wives have something to say about an issue, an act that enrages females even more and shows disrespect.
Listening is important, and even when she is out of her mind, pretend you are listening till she cools off and feels she vented her frustration. Si kalaa looga aarsadaa for the little listening inconvenience LOL.

See that's what I mean nowadays I noticed if my friend says hey I have split ends again I'd be like why don't you go to the hairdressers or ask her to join me if I was planning on going. If it's the clothes I'd make a suggestion etc
I noticed it with big life problems particularly I can't just sit there and nod but that's normal right?
You know I love you, but you're being mean.
You dont want your friends to just vent?

Your friends are nicer than mine. They tell me right off that i dont understand and not every problem is shared to be solved.
If i tell u my problem(in most cases),it means i ran into a dead end and need suggestions.

I tend to offer advice and listen to people with simple problems such as having lost something, one of their break lights needing fixing iyo waxaa.
But people with marriage issues, physical fights, love issues, family, financial, housing, sex, health and religious issues I don't have the time of day for.

I've learned to just listen to females. 9 times out of 10 my friends really don't care or want to hear a solution, smh. Guys tend to explicitly ask for advice if they want it.

Jasmine didn't make you feel funny as a kid watching Aladdin? I think I was starting to get erections around this time.

Come to think of, most of the cartoons I watched as a kid had a lot of sexual undertones. f-king gaalo trying to mess with kids.
