It doesn't matter. If you want any kind of internet freedom, especially from the NSA, you need to only deal with servers that are not in the USA or other western allies of the USA (UK has GCHQ). Let me know when you find a reliable search engine that does not have servers in the USA or UK (or the Five Eyes).
