Yeah man, that seems like the case. These shababi filth need to be cleaned up and should be the # 1 priority for this government. Why are they still holding regions/cities?

the government has failed all those victims and the many to come as alshabaab have shown no sign of completely stopping their barbaricness. those security/police hired to secure the streets are doing their jobs partially and come to work with an attitude like a "i dont give a damn" due to the very low wage they get, if they had some sort of a raise they would probably have a different attitude to their job, and thus, do the job properly.

There are clans and if your clan is not the presidents clan, you don't get offered a government job. People raised in this chaos have a different view of what is right and wrong.
