could result in the company suspending its activities, while the simpletons here brushed it off as minor and boasted they will crush the "locals" Lol. It just shows
how some of the people here are disconnected from the reality back home.
And riyaale's legendary?
this admin is working very hard, yes they make mistakes but compared to the previous governement who would spend the cash given from outsiders to fund their childrens education and buying khat than developing the country I must say...this govt is doing very well. The corruption is much less and since siilanyo took office he's improved the lifes of many poor pple which is why he can walk down the street without any worries.
stop critizing and stand by the government.
Hodan,
Peace was the only thing we sold to the world, and during Rayaale' tenure that was never in question. We had a peace everywhere in the country. Rayaale may not have accomplished nothing much but they did pretty good job in keeping Somaliland united and peaceful.
While the Kulmiye admin is better than the previous in engaging with the Outside world, but has terribly failed in the home-front. The fact that locals are chasing around foreigners and government doesn't seem to care says it all for me. I never thought Somaliland would be deemed 'unsafe' or a foreigner would ran away from Somaliland because of safety reasons. Since Kulmiye is at the helm, the blame lies squarely on them.
during the Rayaale admin, we knew who was the President and vice president and there was sense of order and chain of command, in this government Mr. Hersi toorile is far more powerful than the VP. In fact on numerous occasions he has sat on VP's chair. It's embarrassing.
As for corruption, well lets follow the money. Where is the 10 mill given for the Airport renovation? They said they divided up between the berbera and Hargeisa airport? but berbera airport remains unchanged apart from small terminal building which costs South of 50k at best. And Hargeisa airport is pretty much unchanged with just one or two terminal buildings and paved run away. The whole idea was to extend the run away but it still remains sub 3k which cannot sustain larger cargo planes. Now it's empty and useless because they have managed to chase away Ethiopian airlines which was willing to transport our people. Over 400 are stranded at HRG, I bet they hate Kulmiye as well.
They didn't work hard for that money, it was given to them free of charge as charity. And they were told to use it to repair their airport and they couldn't even manage it. I'm sorry I don't see hard work.
I'm sorry you can't expect me to back up such massive failure? C'mon walal. This is too embrassing of regime to represent SL. Already looking forward to the next election.
