As for kulmiye
Muse bixi has this samaale tried to challenge him but muse bixi has all the prominant leaders of kulmiye on his side. Both ina kahin and that ciidagale guy jamalc shabeel endorsed ina bixi
Samaale has that arab guy the general secretery on his side of kulmiye. Samaale has lost this one
One problem thought the kulmiye most hj in kulmiye want to hold the presidential elections in 2017

for the presidency , I still think they need to do a bit of a alliance making , and so far so good . but the process of forming that alliance to defeat Kulmiye
should start now and I mean NOW .

I gave Kulmiye the benefit of the doubt , I still admire the president . But Kulmiye should be defeated so badly in 2015 , they are a Mafia just like
their predecessor UDUB .
Don't worry ...if they choose Muuse Biixi as their candidate
Kulmiye support will collapse.
So what UDUB still managed to do well and put up one hell of a fight in the last election despite losing,
they had very little support back in 2009, but they came close to winning again by cooking the election results again and massive bribery.
Sadly for them Kulmiye was planning this warfor a long time and out cheated and out bribed UDUB.
The only way Kulmiye will collapse and lose the next elections is if there is a major bitch fight within the ranks, and muse bixi is challenged by another person.
Muse bixi survived the challenge by samale but he may not survive another one, maybe from the new foreign minister.
I've heard about Ina Biixi Yoonis and his possible candidacy several times now ... the thing is if he challenges
Muuse Biixi ...nothing will happen to kulmiye because most of Sacad Muuse will rally behind the foreign minister.

Muuse Biixi on the other hand is divisive figure even within the Sacad muuse,
I've even heard the HY are hoping Muuse is the candidate, because if that's the case
there is a chance for their man Cirro and Waddani

Laakin runtii as you say ...all this is bullshit until the constitution is changed
our current system turns even angels into corruptable people, In your opinion
do you see anyone capable of this on the horizon.

maybe a muse bixi candidancy will be a good thing,
it might get HY to get off their asses and mount a real challenge using the Wadani as a vehicle.
To do this they need major alliance building across all clans, a decisive leadership.
A successfull challnege will be good for somaliland because it needs a real credible opposition, even better if constitutional reform and anti-corruption is part of the campaign.

For me its a win win situation.
a Kulmiye defeat will be a win for somaliland which i care deeply about.

and a kulmiye victory with muse bixi will also be great because he is a close family friend.

even better if elections are postponed till 2017, as i will be able to participate and get some form of a position in government.

Gurey We shall see about the postponement (I've heard it's most likely going to happen),
If the government is successful on at least building a substantial amount of the Burco-Ceerigaabo
Road, I doubt too many would complain and they'll be patient the extra 2 years

As for your possible minister-ship It's good to know younger people are finally making there way up the political ladder.

As for Waddani ...their leader is docile, even if all the right conditions were in place
for him to take power I doubt he'd take advantage of it. Who knows maybe his quietness
hides a shrewd political mind.

Btw, I'm interested to know briefly, in your opinion what should constitutional reform entail?

The postponement will most likely happen all the senior kulmiye leaders and mps and politicians are all in agreement to delay the presidential elections for 2 years they will announce it begin 2015 or end 2014. But they wont make it official for now.

About the constitutional reform we need a new parliament a new guurti and most likely a new government no one dared to reform the constitution not rayaale ,, not siilaanyo every one knows how critical it is and sensitive, we also need to reform the judiciary system.

Kulmiye has a big chance winning the parliament elections and even the presidential elections it did allot for the country in terms of advancing the financial sectors changing the currency in all major cities and if they pull off constructing the ceerigaabo and burco road than they have fulfilled 80% of their promises they made in 2010.

Walahi you should do that. Lord knows we desperately need people with vision inside the government. Besides it'll pave the way for my own debut 8-) .

BTW I'm not familiar with the SL constitution, what are these drawbacks you're mentioning?

whoa there WTF?? minister im in no position to jump into that cesspool yet. I need breathing aparatus and anti-bacteria.
i like working behind the scenes i will be running an ngo inshallah as a vehicle for my crazy ideas, and pursue some business ideas.
I will be able to retire extremely early in a few months inshalla,
and live better and more comfortably than these guys here .http://earlyretirementextreme.com/
it helps that i dont have any expensive tastes.

no my plan is to use front men, i have a cousin who is a criminal mastermind and already has a position in the growing criminal fraternity that Kulmiye has become,.
and my own brother is best described as a hustler and conman, that can part anyone from his money and manipulate most people into doing his bidding.
both have flourished in somaliland.
I on the other hand do not have the people skills, and i am incorruptible because i do not value money, allah has blessed me by throwing quite allot my way alxamdulilah. the two need some moral guidance behind them and as a team we should do really well.
