Garowe is a little shiddy airstrip. Bosaaso has better facilities and a nice arrivals building but a rough gravel runway. Not to mention, the Karkaar mountains & heat make the approach more challenging than Galkacyo or Garowe.
Saaxib, the PLanders tried to hijack the plane Qeybdiid was flying to Cisman Caato Airport by warning the pilot not to land there. The pilot called Qeybdiid and put the microphone on speaker and asked for the Galkacyo tower to repeat its order. The PL controller did and Qeybdiid became furious. He ordered the plane to land at Cisman Caato airport and then flew it to Galkacyo airport where he asked for the man who tried to hijack his flight.
