nothing to be critical about this...

you should learn history first before you try to comment on such issues. somalia has been in civil war for over two decades and the ensuing years everything was destroyed to the ground.

everything is being built up from ground zero and will take years, if not decades, for normality to resume and full functioning government with modern facilities to be established.

this setting is 100% better than what they had before. so, stop being so critical about something you should be happy with.
