You’re wlc. Seriously I am not sure if a dial is important or not. It just makes sense in my head.
Good luck with your choice. Maybe other members on the forum might have other suggestions as well

The reviews are useful. Am I the only one who skips through the praises and looks for negative reviews?
I can't order from that website though, shipping is ridiculous.
Btw I am naturally curly as well but I get bored once in a while. Especially now in the winter with more time spent indoors. Besides my hair's longer now I kinda want it to swish about

No. But I use this presser for my hair (by Maxius). Works really good.
My hair is long/wavy/curly & it only takes me about 1 & a half hours to press out...awesome.

Tati thanks, it would be worth it to get one that's bigger than an inch I reckon.
Tuushi last time I did my hair I think it took me about that long, maybe a bit longer if you include the washing and definitely much more if you add the deep conditioning. Waa shaqo, the price you pay for vanity

Re: Have you ever owned an FHI?
How is the search going Jasmine? I feel like sharing more info
. I went through a phase of googling so much information when I was looking for the right flat iron. My first purchase was a rush and a mistake, the FH1 Technique. The flat iron I have now is this one
Izunami S125 Arrojo

If i could change this flat iron I would want a better dial. The settings are not clear. I would also want it to be it 1.5 or 2 inches as well. But overall all it's a good flat.I think it was $78. It gets close to the roots and sleeker silkier straightness.
If it is one I think that it is, I think TATI posted a really good flat iron, Maxius Maxiglide, which I think steams. There are a lot good reviews, discussions and videos on it. But there were couple of things that made me decide not buy it. I saw complaints about stuff growing on the plates and it's harder to remove because of the teeths. But it was rare finding those comments and maybe they didn't take care of it well. There are a lot videos showing great results though. Really , really good results.
Do you want to see very high end flat iron?
.
FHI Heat Runway

^Can you imagine spending like $500. What makes it special is that it's 100% Ceramic. There are downsides to this flat iron.
There are other flat irons that are 100% ceramic, I think like Amika And Hana elite.I am not sure if that is important today because there might other materials that might work well on the hair and protect it better.
Anyways, Just felt like unloading in this thread. A lot of it might be unnecessary info. Cheers

Re: Have you ever owned an FHI?
Thank you for the info
The 1 and 3/4" FHI is sold out everywhere so I've been checking Amazon and other random websites every so often to see if it's back but no luck yet. I'm going to wait it out because I think it would be perfect for me and it would keep me for a few years.
Not just the one TATI posted even the CHI that Zulaika posted is good but I don't know I just want an FHI lol.

I own the FHI heat platform professional ceramic tourmaline styling iron. I've been using this for about 3 years now. Little bit pricey but it's worth it.
