Contrary to popular belief centralism is the only way for Somalia to become a true superpower in Africa all of these states isn't going to do anything except promote undermining and political iyo economic stagnation.

But I agree a strong center is needed, but with federal states to have some level of local authorities. As for the capital im not sure if moving it to a existing city or town is a good idea. That question shouldnt be up for discussion now.
