Be honest, you were about to piss your pants on that last 9rs run.

Great game with some shitty calls. One in particular stands out. You know what I'm talking about. Completely changed the momentum of the game. Still, Seahawks all the way.

completely honest, I believed in our defense. Elite defenses stand up to the challenge. Our defense is elite!

I hardly think the refs changed the outcome of the game. Kaepernick turned the ball over 3 times in the 4th quarter and that's the difference in the game. He admitted it, Harbaugh admitted it. The Seahawks defense was up for the challenge and the better team won.

Yes, turnovers. But one call in particular resulted in a Stl possession which should not have happened. It should have been an automatic 9rs 1st. That possession lead to a TD. There will be talk about that call.

You know what PO, I did try and watch a game one time. They were playing at Wembley and I sat through around 15 mins of it but walahi it was just extremly boring. I did try man, but I couldnt understand how one guy throwing a ball to another guy at the other end of the pitch whilst a bunch of other dudes fall over each other in the middle is meant to leave me on the edge of my seat. I mean, seriously...thats entertaining?

Soccer has 20 something guys kicking the ball back and forth for 90 mins making 2 to 3 goals the whole game. Now when I describe it like that does that encapsulate the what you enjoy so much from it?

At least they're doing something different by going back and forth. Tackles, penelties, fouls, sending offs, goals, goal line clearences, goalmouth scrambles, free kicks...did I say goals?

Whereas American Rugby...Throw. Shout. Stop. Throw. Stop again. Throw. Stop. Throw
Pause....zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

This should've been a 1st dn 9rs possession with a couple minutes left of the 3rd, but it was a 5yd penalty for the Seahawks. 3rd ends 17-13 9rs. Hawks hold on till a min in the 4th when Kearse got the (beautiful) TD pass. Hawks lead 20-17. That shouldn't have happened.

Lol football first is four teams, two on each side, one team for offense and defense on each side. They can throw the ball, run the ball, kick the ball, get intercepted, four chances two get 10 yards, run in for a touch down or kick a field goal, you can fumble the ball, you can do fakes, you have good strategy, much more versatile than soccer.

The ball left the kickers possession, I think it was a good call.

Alpha,

I hardly think that was the difference in the game, and the penalty call was close in real time. Roughing the kicker and running into the kicker are tough to say which one is which in real time.

At the end of the day the Seahawks forced three turnovers in the 4th quarter and that's the difference in the game.

Btw, Kearse is a helluva story. Local kid, grew up in the Seattle area rooting for the Seahawks. Now he's playing for the Super Bowl with his childhood team. That has to be a dream come true.

Ok, PO...so the aim is to either score a touchdown or a field goal. Can you have a mixture of offense and defense players on the pitch together or does it have to be def vs def and off vs off? Also what is the job of the quarter back?
