And the worest They think they have a point or that we will take them seriously!

Unless, -and I hope the case is about this- they are mad and afraid of this advanced military continental cooperation between the somalia govt and turkey govt.

It's quite sad that Somalia is seeking help from most countries, but it is to be expected from a nation that has been under civil war for more than two decades.
If Somalia had dugged out their oil long ago this probably might have not been the case in terms of infrastructure, for example look at Angola.
