sahal just because Sudanese men are obsessed with xabashis it doesnt mean anything.
where ever you see xabashis a xabashi cafe or resteraunt for example, you will see sudanese men.
they are addicted to xabashis and cannot live without them.

If a sudanese man is married and lives in missouri for example and the nearest xabashi cafe or bar/ resteraunt is in New York,
he will leave his wife and travel to New york for " business"

its a sad addiction, and i dont understand it because the only people that disgust me more than indians are ethiopians .
i am partial to eritreans though they are quite agreeable , maybe i have only been meeting upper class eritreans and the regular eritreans stick like ethiopians.?
who knows

Clearly the ones in Ethiopia are a different story.
We're all seen as black immigrants.

So what? We are our own people. Why should we mix with foreigners?

its bigger than sexual relationship! Yes sudanese see the habasha women as their nawar/gajar/gypsy but this has political extansions!

Unlike of the somali-ethiopian bloody history, the sudanese and the ethiopians have formed one common front againist the facisists of italy in eastren sudan and nowadays eritrea

The other factor is sudan being againist egypt and if sudan becomes under the political control of egypt ethiopia will not be save

For this reason, the ethiopian govt was more into khartoum than jubba, not just that, in the early and mid-90s, it use to give khartoum a safe passage within the ethiopian territory to attack john grang

It also helped khartoum to stop the civil war and reach agreement with grang

Eritrea was backing the sudanes oppositions and after its war with ethiopia, sudan has sided with with addis

Ethiopia has too "historical relationship with yemen" who got also attacked by eritrea, the same thing goes for djibouti, all of these countries have formed in sanaa tajamu3 san3a coalition againist asmara.

As a people, half of the eritreans were born in sudan or yemen so they all speak arabic

Khartoum is full of amhara too like al camaraat

Nearlly a million sudanese work in ethiopia

Ethiopian artists go to khatoum and sing arabic sudanese

This can't happen with somalia for political reasons and the occupied somali region.

In short, the sudanese(north, beja, darfur)eritreans, ethiopians work together and mix socially as one greater community like the kurdish, iranians, afhanis, turkish, greeks or the asians(indians, sikh, pakistans, banghalis, kashmirs) who work together and share business, culture like the movie or music. They use bunjabi as lingua franca.

Somalis have no cultural bridges with any nation. Waan un iska somali!

At a place I use to work, this very respectful hardworking white girl use puy things from me on her way from work to her place...this somali habar has seen us talking together saying war waa maxay qorunkan ma irish baa lol if you talk to a white person they think its an irish and who said irish are qorun iyo laangab
