You could send them weapons and money to protect themselves from the moryaans. Biyomaal is not a small clan they're the same size as Isaaq if not bigger. All they need is proper gear to get on the battle field and very good advisers and advocates.

we isaaq should not concern ourselves in this conflict for two reasons

1. we stand at an equal distance between dir and hawiye who like us are irir samaale clans. all 3 clans have to deal with the real problem aka dhoofar jeberti ismaacil rats who are causing hardship for somalis as a whole
2. isaaq does not live in somalia, they are found mainly in somaliland and ethiopia, and also djibouti to a lesser degree. therefore getting involved in a basically foreign conflict is unproductive

I know logistics is big issue and that's where the SNA shirt comes in. We present our troops as "SNA" to the international community but as Somaliland Troops to the Walawein. If we sale it to the international community, there is chance they will provide the logistics and help them deploy in regions that need "stabilization".

What fire? The south has been burning for 20 years. Also this is not a war, but a silly tribal squabble. This is to stop both sides from killing eachother, as well as innocents caught in the cross-fire, and to arbitrate between them.
