If the war never happened Xamar would be the most Majestic city of the entire East Africa with So many influences and cultural attachment to the city

Djibouti is much smaller than Hargeysa but has better roads thats it , but its to hot people cant stay there in the summer , thats why Hargeysa is over packed during the Summer with Yaakhis. But is definitely not safer Hargeysa is one of the most secure cities , the police i dont know they do but they can identify u real fast the identification of peoples goes real fast in Hargeysa where as in Xamar people will not bother to know you and will not bother in hargeysa there in the interrogation culture. CIties such as Bosaaso are emerging they were tuulos a decade ago so kuddos to them to. Xamar actually has everything the good weather the coast and the history but it needs allot of investment to match its former Glory.

Actually Jigjiga belongs to Somali ethnic , according to the Ethiopian constitution its part and parcel of the Ethiopian state, it does not belong to Amxar , Amxar own bahir dar , not Jigjiga, The administrative state that runs Jigjiga is called Dawlada deegaanka Somalida Ethiopia

Indeed Bossaso is developing at a extremely fast rate but all these places had a huge head start on Bossaso and are much older. If it continues like this it will definitely overtake a lot of these towns. However We are talking right now, today.

Well since we are ranking cities by security then I say Burco West City is No 1. It has way less homicides and rape is unheard of, 10 times safer
than Hargeisa. Infrastructure of Burco West city is very good as well we have intact bridges and wide paved roads.
