I don't know what's funnier, the fact that this guy tried for like six trillionth time to bash Somaliland, or the fact that he took the time to figure out what Toon is.

Whoever believes Somaliland is self-sustaining is delusional. Jut like the rest of Somalia it gets its fair share of aid from IC for its government army/police down to its citizen who need it which is huge. 60% of the UK aid to Somalia goes to SL.

The only thing Sl can boast about is the security and not having amisom but what is security if one cant go further but is stuck when it comes to developing its economy.

Hawdian and co like to say Turks feed Mogadishu but here is a video of them feeding his people who aren't even IPDS i think. Also they like to point how the turks are rebuilding Mogadishu road but did they know this
http://somalilandsun.com/index.php/deve ... -commences even the Hargeisa road he posted recently is funded by them

Moral of the story: Pot calling the kettle Black

You can't compare somalia and somaliland. Somalia is a aid basket while somaliland is self sufficient, tell me when will the people in somalia put their hands in their pocket and build a road without begging a foreign body. You are comparing giving food aid to poor people who are mostly oromo refugees to feeding 3million people of somalia's 5 million. The road between sl and djabouti is partialy being funded by turkey and partly funded by business men who use it.

No point comparing a glass house to rubble

Reason South gets more aid has to do with its population and corruption.https://www.gov.uk/government/news/boos ... somaliland

Somaliland does bot receive bilatra. aid as u say

Somaliland receives funds into the sl development fund

And since ,2011 its only 185million dollars somaliland receives no budget aid support

Conpare to somalia

Somalia has received ,700million dollars in humanitarian assistance and i did not even count
The aid budget suppport from turkey the bilataral aid it receivea
Turkey has not build one road in sl

Not one turkey support is all to mogadishu

Somaliland ia on its own and developea its self on its own strengt

Aid is AID but i applaud SL for their strategy on taking out the middle man which the south suffers from. All that huge numbers you hear for the south majority goes into to the pockets of the Nairobbery NGOs.
