The CEO of Bluebird Aviation Ltd is Colonel Hussein Ahmed Farah a very generous tycoon. Most Isaaq in Kenya love him because he helps them
from what I have heard.

The company has a staff establishment of over 100 qualified employees with various qualifications, ranging from airline pilots, aircraft engineers,
safety and quality personnel, Finance managers, IT experts to ground and air operation staffs.

Bluebird Aviation Limited is a locally registered Kenyan aircharter company based at Wilson Airport, Nairobi and incorporated in 1992.

It is fully licenced to operate scheduled, non-scheduled and adhoc air charter services, medical evacuation and relief services within the East and Central
African region with special emphasis on Eastern Africa.

The company's chairman is tycoon Col. (Rtd) H. A. Farah. Who is a 25 years veteran of The Kenyan Air force. Bluebird Aviation consists of 21 aircrafts.

MrPrestige,

Very nice however he has no presence in SL. He needs to make base in Hargeisa and have something tangible amongst his kinsmen. The same is true with Amina Hirsi Moge. We need to get her to open a huge mall in Hargeisa like the one she has in Kampala or a resort villa in Maydh or Xiis...though these places are still remote and small.

Congratulations to Mr Hussein Ahmed Farah. He has excellent HQ and the airliner looks decent it's the Q400, which Ethiopian Airlines used to use for Hargeisa.

They are already very wealthy without having any presence in Somaliland. I agree though they should make a presence in Somaliland and expand their business.
Mr Hussein Ahmed Farah is not a total Sijui like Amina Hersi Moghe though he does have some links to Somaliland, he financially supports WADANI party.
He can easily be convinced to invest in Maydh and other towns.

He recently started operations to neighboring Somalia.
The seventh local airline, Blue-Bird Aviation, operates scheduled and non-scheduled flights from Wilson Airport to Mogadishu, on top of three other
airlines that operate chartered flights from Wilson Airport to Mogadishu.
