Am I weird for this ?

I sleep without underwear but I use the macaawiis. I can't sleep without it. I take it on my travels. There was a fire at a hotel I was staying at in Singapore awhile back. There is no time to think. We all rush out and there I was wrapped in a macaawis. It did not raise eyebrows because south-east asians are used to macaawis.

The macaawis is my main connection to Somalis(a).

It depends. When I am in Europe I sleep with boxers, pyjamas, when in UAE/Somaliland macawiis.
