Hiraan will never be divided up as that would open too many doors to other partitions.
Also there is no way that Hawiye will have more than two federal states.
This is because you 3 1/2 gobols which barley qualifies for two federal states.
If Hiraan is divided up, we will divide up Jubada hoose or Bari, each of which is larger and have more people than Hiiraan
