Somalia is dog eat dog, Harti didn't get Interior Minister, Chief of Staff and Mayor of Kismayo because of tribal ties.

I remember people laughing when it was said the Mayorship would go to Harti, I'm sure they'll drink their tears when the division of parliamentary seats is revealed. :eat:

Righteous you forgot Mamulaha Dakeda
(port adminstrator) which also went to Harti.
Which is argubly a more powerful position than even Mayor of Kismayo.
