Hawiye are not allowed to enter hawd. There is a shoot on sight policy for any Hawiye who tries to cross into Geladi. Reer Bicidyahan only allow Cumar Maxmud and Wagardhac into Geladi.

There r mny factors why the mps always vote against the pm

If the cabinet collapes there will be many vacant positions in the govt so some may become ministers, deputy ministers, directors(agaasime)

Current cabinet members r former mps

All of them have voted against saacid

And many who didn't get posts such as abdi hosh but may get this time

There r those who want the pm post

There r those who want to destroy the whole govt and will not vote for the next one either!

Most of northern mps are ex fanaaniin or guys who have never left xamar and have local wives these only care $

Some ethiopian and djibouti somalis regardless of their clans also care only about $

As I said you can find them in every clan but they are minority

You need to have a good political record and be politician if you want to get the majority on your side
