From everything that you've said I can see your oblivious to every other races failures apart from your own. You automatically overlook any positive notion that could possibly be achieved by somalis . Nigeria for example is the most corrupt country in Africa, it's people are famous across the world as fraudsters scammers, please don't embrasse your self by using Nigeria as a success story. Also you said africa has thousands of years of history and empires. What about somalia? Also somalis aren't ugly by a long shot most somalis I know are exceptionally good looking. Hmmm Imagine a Grand Project to do exactly that!? It would even change the Somali society and might also perhaps reduce the constant clan fights that are mostly based on land disputes between nomads. You'll notice in Somalia that DM and Jareer communities rarely have this problem.

Exactly, we need a program where nomads rent out their livestock to a ranching company and enter the city. The ranching company shares the profits with the now urban nomads, and manages the livestock on an industrial scale reducing inefficiency.
For example, in Puntland there are over a million nomads, you don't really need that many people to herd livestock.
You just need a few thousand cowboys on horses and pickup trucks to do it way more efficiently. Of course the problem is that this would lead to massive unemployment, so a manufacturing industry must be get going. But it can be accomplished.
