What kind of person wouldn't protect themselves from a 300 pound 6ft something guy who punches you and then reaches for your gun from your hand? Someone who can easily overpower you?

What was he supposed to do? More importantly, what would YOU do? You know it's easy to judge when you're not in the situation and your life is threatened. Someone who reaches for your gun after assaulting you wants to hurt you.

The media is at fault here for playing with people's emotions. I saw the other day someone bringing up slavery while people in the background were looting stores.
