I understand what you're saying but these kids are not your typical kids who go to school, the mosque, hang out with their friends and then go home early in the evening just like every other kid. For them to be in this state of mind they have got to be coached and brain-washed to the point where they're persuaded that their own parents and families are not good Muslims and not on the right path so they have to do hijrah from these bad lands and go the Khilafah's new territories etc. Though it's hard to go to work everyday so that you can pay for their livelihoods and school fees and also keep an eye for them 24/7 in today's fast-paced & expensive world, (it's easy for us with no grown-up kids to judge) but still I think most of the blame lies with the parents somehow.
