Sounds like she was hitting on you, i see no harm in her actions, tagging is harmless. Posting pictures of you without your permission is where i draw the line. I had someone i know at college do that once and he went one more step by tagging others; he removed it after i confronted this person, i told him to remove and threatened to escalate the issue.
This is why my FB profile is private. Cant trust noone.
