International recognition, in that it is internationally recognized you are xoolo, worse than dried up semen. I'm willing to bet whenever a 'minister' or 'diplomat' from Somalia is involved in talks with foreign nations they are just furniture. Nobody asks for their opinion or thoughts on the matter.
