Anyhow, French is utterly useless in East Africa. English and Arabic are the dominant foreign languages.
How can it be useless if 2/3 of the continent speaks it. Do you think East Africans only trade with East Africans? French is a valuable language to learn. And the Djiboutians are lucky to be in prime position to make use of it.

I never understood why Djibouti is a such a shithole ? Why there's so much poverty in such small populated country ? Also where do you see Djibouti in 2030 ?

Djiboutians are too far gone, the country is almost 50% non Somalis as of 2013 census. No point in re integrating back to Somalia.
The Ajanabi waves and foreigners, with their high birth rates have already seen to that. Whatever Somalis that are left are all planning coming to Canada and then later to the US.

In 30 years Djibouti will be the unofficial capital of both Somalia and Somaliland.
