I would recommend sending Somalis to apprentice in places like Morocco as part of some bilateral deal between Somalis and Morocco, but they'd just tahriib.

The level workmanship in this video is just something to behold. I really admire the craftspeople of north Africa, their long established traditions of handcrafts and mosaics give their cities such a distinctive visual appeal. Something we are severely lacking in Somali towns and cities.
