Very true, if Kenya wants to spill over not enter their land then they should withdraw from Somalia. Currently it's an occupying power. Kenya sees Southern Somalia within it's sphere of influence, today it's has boots on the ground in Somalia. As unfortunate as crimes as these may be it's an expected repercussion of the army's actions. The Kenyan gov is partly responsible for what happened to these students.
