Buy cheap land in Kabsuma and start exporting bananas. Probably the most profitable export business in Somalia because it is so well known. Farming is the future of Somalia.

I think this is pretty good idea. We need to export more to overcome these mass importations.

I would buy a big plot of land, and turn it into a town/city to occupy all the people from the diaspora.

Jaamacow, you guys made one mistake, you didn't bring Reer Mii with you to work the farms instead of relying on Bantus and Digil in Afgooye. To create a deegan you need people.

Laakin ma Reer Mii Habargidir ma beer falanayo? Xamar ayeey ku bashalayan.

Politics obviously.

We will form a multi-clan coalition of like minded individuals with the ability to weld together their pitiful people into a bulwark, returning the Somali people to their rightful place as masters of the Horn.

To quote myself, "The unbreakable spirit of the Somali, despite 20 years of horror and savagery, has solidified my belief that Providence would never have allowed us to see the dawn of victory if it had the intention after all to destroy us at the end. We will emerge from this crucible harder and more unified in our belief in the Somali spirit, our belief in the unshakable willpower of our people."

It is not programs that are wanting for the salvation of Somalia but men and will power.

i hardly tried twice, lost money buying lands to make my tajweed/quran school and orphan housing. didnt work with all hierarchy and corruption both in individual level and sysmatic. i couldnt bring my self to bribe some one to get simple signiture. i dont believe the end result justifies the means.

maybe somaliland, puntland and south somali better than somali region/kilil 5. unfortunately, there where i hail.

cousin of mine opened school in garrissa. i didnt agree with him and refused to share the cost with him simply im dont hail from garrissa. now i regret.

Great answers everyone.

I think everyone should have some sort of plan for moving back home and contributing to success.

Without bribery and qabiil lol

Hyper they are building a huge school/ malcaamad in burco, go to the SL section, you should find it there. Also if you are looking to do business back home, the best place for business is hargeisa. Hargeisa is booming, and the best bit is you don't have to be from there to do business.
