Some of them unfairly ban members for petty reasons and turn a blind eye to those who actually need banning.

There was recently one member who exposed another users pic on here but was allowed back under a different nick 2 days later. Tell me exactly how that works?


And there are no forum rules walaal, lets get that clear.

The report button is useless too.

You allow any content and I mean any content whatsoever to be posted.

We are Somali but this is the West and things get blow out of proportion once they get on twitter. Marka su'asha waxaa waaye, is any publicity good publicity? I know other forums are very conscious of the legal implications of what's posted on their forums. There's a lot more freedom on here

If you choose to add this feature, it would probably be a good idea to maintain some control over it. A lot of people would go for shock value so comes down to your vision for the SNet brand

You guys need to embrace change. The forum is already there for everyone to see, besides it has come ALONG way from what it use to be.

Still, as Jaidi highlighted, we are already labeled as a self hating forum in one published book. Why stoke those fires of shame even more?

I would even suggest making this place of chaos a private forum accessible only to registered users. Doing a google search on Somalis always brings up a Somalinet thread or two.

Gamer posted a picture of evol then got banned for a week then proceeded to create a new nick where he pretended he's a somali kid who got adopted by gaalos because his parents were unfit to raise him so on the thread he created he was asking where he can find his clan roots
he had us fooled for a week before he exposed himself in a thread he created about being drunk
