Basically there are non-European lactose tolerance genes out there. In the study they identified an Arab one, a Beja one, an a Maasai one. Somalis apparently have all of those.

I was a little hesitant when offered during my recent trip to miyi but it was surprising decent. Though one should stay well away from the ciir or whatever they call it. The out of date stuff will give you the sh!ts while u standing.
