yours truly is happy to oblige. The white race is an interesting race. The examples u have stated is simple: they crave tradition authentic and ethnic food because they taste good and it is something different from their plain vanilla diet. They get to satisfy a primal urge by visiting authentic and cheap dirty restaurants and experience something different.

As for Blacks being Managers. It is not that they dislike blacks from being Managers, it is that Black Managers are usually not the best. They tend to bring their negro mentality into managing, which is horrendous. I have said this before, and walahii oo bilaahi oo tolaaii it pains me to say-- the negro race is not a refined race like the Whites. I don't know whether it is inherently in the genes and biology or culturally and environmentally not to mention socio-economically.
I have made my own research on educated, blacks who hang out with educated and refined white people. They tend to show their backwardness very quickly. Something as simple as a famous New York time reporter munching on a very large bagel on national tv like he was a menacing monkey is frightening. MSNBC crew zoomed on him because it was fascinating. Later the mother of the reporter called the station and yelled and threatened law suit for name defamation. This was a man of high education, and wrote for reputable newspaper.
I guess God did not create all mankind equal. I am sort of puzzled at the world crying for democracy, and demanding equal rights. God did not create all mankind equal. Its a fallacy.
