"partner"? Since when? I think if we were partners Somaliland would not be a poverty stricken unrecognised part of a Shithole country. The least our "partners" could do is allow a Semi-official recognition state like Taiwan which allows us to recieve investment and Aid. This is what happens when you deal with neo-colonial, neo-liberal gaalo leeches. They do fck all for you and in return they expect you to jump through hoops like "democratic" and "liberal".
