TCG: the cost of running 20,000 strong security force is $10m per month. Currently while Somalia collects tax it's tax system is outdated so you need tax system which simple, fair and straight forward.

It is my humble believe that the country can raise upto half a billion dollar tax easily but to do that you need complete change of mindset and society.

Apparently there r many good Somalis who want to serve their country but many of them do say this is not the right time so we recycle dayuusbaro taxi drivers, welfare cheaters and all other useless people that Prince is suggesting before you run an office you have to stay in the country atleast four yrs.

i was talking about this issue exactly with someone else, theres enough money from the ports besides the turkish millions to establish an effective security institution but its not happening bc of the ngo mentality, the groups own priorities and the locals who "own them"

foreing aid depends on your reformations, local revenues depend on leadership...so its about these points

Im now interested in an anti-ethiopian, anti-corruption ikhwani group that are known to the west but they want first to establish universities with foreing professors and libraries so they will take ages

I would firstly address the current shillings crisis....ban any foreign currency to be traded in SOMALIA and introduce a new system in which you don't have to carry a bag full of shillings equivalent to 10 US dollars.
Second, ban the use of Dameer for any commercial reasons. ..

TCG: the best way to reduce people connection to qabiil and qabyaalad is to make people self sufficient. The more income people get the individualist they become.

Water is the most important thing. I would also give away a small chunk of land to every Somali family, with access to a solar powered water pump....the war and displacement would end overnight. Money is tight so I would get them for farm some for me...some for you.
