Why are the roads Not paved ? Airport looks shit

Take for exampla Cadaado Galgaduud was build by Saleman clan of Habergedir Alone
Cadaado Airport Terminal consist of- emigration and restuarants etc

let me just jump in here and say a little something about Cadaado.. I was there this summer.. there is absolutely nothing in that VILLAGE..
it has a few shops and one big hotel called Central that all interim minister and mps drink tea in the afternoon..
as for the airport.. the airport consists of one jiingad whith some plastic chairs to sit.. absolutely no restaurants there..
good thing about cadaado was that is was very quiet and peaceful.. but to be honest, its nothing less than a village with a few newly built houses off piracy money.

You cant honestly say cadaado is more developed than jowhar..just because guleed is a media whore who constantly wants to be seen on tv laying a symbolic stone down a construction site...jowhar has been there done that already..cadaado is a tuulo and only became heard of during this interim campaign. It doesnt mean it got shit on any abgaal town.
