Mzee Sumubaridi, I might be wrong but if my memory serves me well, I have this faint recollection that you mentioned your dad was killed during the Somali-Ethiopian 1977 war. Wasn't he a victim of General Galaal's court martial? Maybe, it was another member If that is not the case, xaal qaado

Actually, I remember him mentioning that his father is in his 70s and that he had married a teenager back home. He was so worried about how he was going to support them financially. That was like 2013 if my memory serves me right.

sxb saas maaha. My father participated in the 1977 war but he was wounded in the leg. He was then brought back and he came to kenya. That is when i was born in 1978.

My father is 80+ years and he vacations in Somalia during the roob season to go drink milk in cadaado. He went to Somalia to part in Galmudug formation in April and is now coming back to take vacation with me.

walaal, my awoowe madarkicis hiraab lived in muqdisho 500 years ago. He just went for a weather change to Galgaduud for few years and married there. He forgot to come back. Now his kids came back. I heard xaaji saleebaan is burried in black sea area
