I know Dadoma is. But Dar es Salaam is financial hub.
Mogadishu can learn from Dar, but they don't want to give up capital status. One of the problems Why Somalia will never be the same again. Waa dad aan waxba is dhagaysanayn.

This man has the qualities of a good president. I hope he makes Tanzania into a regional powerhouse so that dirty corrupt shithole Kikuyuland and oppressive backward Habeshia can stfu about being the most developed in East Africa
