Ok, lets say they are the same. The US constitution says nothing about killing ppl who leave america for another country. War time is not the issue here.

Leaving Islam is apostasy, punishable crime. Period. During war time or not.

Defend apostasy laws in a religion that says there is no compulsion and that we all have free will?

It was just a weak analogy to help you understand. I didn't compare U.S Citizenship to Allah's laws.

Moving to another country is not treason but fighting for another country is. When you leave Islam, you are a kaafir. You are disobeying Allah's laws.

How is fighting for another country approperiate analogy to apostasy?

Do you disagree that Islam is religion of NO compulsion, that ppl are not forced to be muslims? Yes or no?

Do you also disagree that according to Islam we all have free wills and we can choose to believe or disbelieve?

Islam is his constitution.

You obey Allah and follow the rules, you are a law abiding citizen.

You don't obey the laws of the land (in thsi case ALL LANDS), you go to hell.

When Allah (swt) says there is no compulsion in Islam, he is warning Muslims NOT to force others to convert. This doesn't mean you shouldn't be a muslim. This is similar to anti-vigilante laws. People can't make you follow the law. Law enforcement officials can.....
