All I'm saying iran supported somalia when it was in a famine and they always had a good connection up until now, when they decided to jump on the saudi bangwagon, and even their capital mogadishu is a persian name so they do have some historical links thru trade.

(i.e. Mogadishu is made of an Arabic word which is “Maq’ad i.e. seat and a Persian word which is “Shah” i.e. king/ruler).

My opinion in this situation is that it was better for somalia to stay neutral, it has nothing to offer the sunni coalition, so therefore their support is meaningless.

I would rather we support iran than KSA...but the best option was to be nuetral

We need to cuts ties with iran they are trying to convert our children and other into becoming shias, we need to kick them out of somalia forever where every they try to fix things they make it worse.
