Talk about hook line and sinker, GG you really believed the Conservative propaganda.
I read the details, it will work. Where's the propaganda?

Then he will be working to pay the rent. No money is going to be left after the rent and bills. Also the wife is not going to get a lot of money, because the husband is working, the Kids money is going to be reduced. The only people who are going to be better off are the government. If Somalis never did this there would be no such thing as hagbet/ayuuto
Council houses have cheap rent and you can always leave London. There are other cities which have a fraction of the rent cost for a bigger space, groceries are also cheaper outside of London. London is overrated and the school environment is terrible.

In most skilled professions you will also take a massive pay cut to do that, in my industry its as much as 20k a year if I moved out of London, the way I weather the storm when I was growing up is just sharing accommodation with a co-worker, but I am seriously considering moving mainly due to sickening levels of pollution

It will gradually reduce the amount of benefit paid in line with your earnings instead of stopping it altogether when you find paid work and I think it will do the trick. I sounded like I hate our people here but wallahi I just want kids to grow up in the sort of environment which gives them self esteem to aim higher in life.

For such a small community we've got loads of shit heads and women who think popping out kids counts as a full time job while the father assumes no obligation towards them. I despise UK Somalis, they're very different to Somalis in Africa, UAE and USA. If they banned housing benefit things would change for the better because women would be pickier when choosing a husband I.e they'd choose a someone who'll pay the rent and not a sperm donor resulting in a better society all round.

Somalis in the UK are about the most useless community in the world.

If the pay difference is that big, you can commute and you'd still be better off. You'd have quieter nights, no pollution and cheaper everything in exchange for an hour or two's travel in the morning.

I don't know where you find these losers you are all talking about...the majority of Somalis I met in my short time in the UK are more educated and successful than the ones in North America.

any thing free is not good for long term, people need constant learn and develop skills and tools to survive. even free education not a good for long term cause the quality will drop over times.

human not meant to be lazy and sit around, believe me I know more than UK somali cause I live with lazy ones. you loose your survival skills if you just getting free and be like my bisado.

Many more people in London in general are working now, benefit cuts is one side of the story, but the more important side is the dramatic increase in job opportunity across the board in London. Best way for integration is through education and work. I think the conservatives got one thing right, they opened up alot of opportunity for Londoners, I now expect them to do something about the housing cost as well as other expensive living cost.
