It's f-king suspicious tho. How come shabab never attacks the ethios? I think they have some kind of deal...

AMISOM is sending a signal to IC. Keep these fat paychecks coming over or face xamar being overun by Alshabab.
They will stay beyond 2020 but then I predict alshabab will have a bigger support from the somali people.

i think this has a lot deeper inside political manouvering. werent habargidir challenged and defeated by locals in recent months? i know hag were not very happy with south west taking lands under hag control as part of their new federally recognised territory.
tht or amisom just adding few years and some extra dollars on their lucrative holiday like stay. irrespective of tht culusow got into office with clean xamar and shabaabis being pushed from all corners + jubilant positive somalis accross the land, few years later and shabaab are infact back in control of the capital and gaining ground in many places. corruption rampant with non to zero international financial support and somalis dismembered more than ever..
yet culusow is wanted by back reer hawiye eventhough he hasn't brought them anything significant other than focusing his entire campaign on disturbing darood states in their progressive approach to their respective states..

And then you know Marka is only 100 km away from Xamar.
They just served them a close base to facilitate more attacks on the capital.
On top of that it's a major port town, a f-king port!

I feel sorry for beesha Biyomaal and all the other people that live in marka, they don't deserve this.
HSM is the weakest and worse leader ever, he needs to be overthrown.

Absolute nonsense; where is Ethiopia in Sector 3?
All over, Ethiopia has been in Baydhabo for decades now.
Why isn't Ethiopia in El-Adde?

These al shabaabs better not fuc,k with the locals , message from their northern kinsmen !!
I think the locals are not happy with the gov . When the local are not happy with the gov , they will not protect AMISOM which makes another cel cadde a plausible scenario . This is what happens when the terrorists are seen as less corrupt than the gov .

Sheikh Shariif is rolling in his chair. Donkey Culusow can't even be responsible for Mogadisho toilets.

Say walahi! inaalilah, imagine how the locals must be feeling right about now. They are fuked beyond salvation. Although I doubt it was any better under the fufu contingencies and SNA mooriyan platoons!
Damn it

And these are kinsmen. Ilahaw u sahal masakinta!
Local people are mostly biimaal they would rather bring alshabaab than Hawiye SNA. How ever I received Some conflicting News. Some biimaal believe that habargidir militias changed their mask this time pretending Alshabaab.

that makes sense Some how because Alshabaab don't have that capacity to quickly replace Amisom in a matter of hours. There was no near by Alshabaab camps.

Unless we get Confirmation from Alshabaab top commanders its not clear if Habargidir changed their mask or Alshabaab took over markacadey.

This is a political move by Amison because the more territories AS takes over the longer Amisom is need to stay in Somalia. Why liberate the entire country when that gets you out of work and no work means no money? AMISOM is creating itself more jobs by vacating cities so they can be paid again to recapture it. Culusow is one useless man but I cannot blame him since he cannot do as he wants and any man in his position would be as useless as he is.

Let's not blow this out of proportion. It doesn't take much to "take over" a small Somali towns like Merka. And Merka is NOT a "major" port town. It doesn't even have a proper port, just a beach.
Besides, Somalis are noterioiusly opportunistic switching sides at the drop of a hat if they don't get what they want. Who "really" took over Merka? Alshabaab or disgruntled clan (alliance of clans)?
All it takes to take over towns like Merka is about 5-10 technicals and 20-30 men. The worse of the worse Somali battle never caused more than 50 KIAs. Somali warfare is a joke.
