Ina Adeer, hit the Science Text-Books in Middle High School and then, you will notice that animals (including humans) major source of energy is food. Some humans live without sunlight for months and some animals and plants (deep in the ocean) never had access to sunlight. Therefore, though baby making exercises for humans is great in a warm environment, but it's more or less determined by what we eat rather than sunlight.

P.S

You could educate the young (except generation Kardishians) without being explicit, sidii habrihii iyo odeyaasha, use kal iyo mooye instead of uhuhuhmmmmm.

Mach

I agree with u 100% . Yes, animal do get their energy from food--including man. I was not talking about the 'source' of energy but the usage of energy. Even invisible energy like- kinetic energy during sex.

Mach---isn't ironic that I started my thread with a disclose of not talking about food and sex, and yet my top is consumed with both? And is it ironic that u r here to defend food when u r obese? I am telling u-the universe is connected! :stylin:

PS ALlaah saw in the Quran promised humanity that he will guarantee their food and their providence. I am wondering in the bigger universe Cosmic, maybe--there is an order of energy and atoms that make this promise fulfilled. I mean, if Human have free will and we r told something are pre-ordained or pre-planned--then there has to be physical plan--involving energy that will guarantee the result God wants. Unless--God is actively involved in the machination of our every move. I doubt that. What you think? :eat:

Ina Adeer, I'm flabbergasted in how you could discuss isrimis in one chapter and the next, about Allah SWT. Anyhow, Allah has bestowed with us natural resources such as water, sun, arable land and a human brain to exploit these natural resources to our advantage. Some fail to utilise it and experience continuous droughts and their deaths from hunger, while others take advantage from the few natural resources they have and turn into an abundant food source for many years to come. Imagine if Scandenivian people had access to a place like Somalia instead of the frozen land of 6 months of the year? Look, Allah SWT would somehow have delivered a bird mother all the food that she and her babies required without leaving her warm nest in harsher weather conditions. But Allah gave her the intellect to navigate the horrible weather and find food in which she mostly succeeds. To sum up, when one discusses pre-ordination Vs Freewill, logic and commonsense dictates, it is related to the big scheme of things like births, deaths and beliefs. You can't marry an alcoholic, a drug addict or a loser and blame it on qadar. You can't cut on a branch of a tree you were sitting on and when you fall and break your neck, blame it on qadar. Freewill includes how we look after ourselves, exploit our resources to our advantage, from the atom, solar energy to mining the moon.

P.S

Share the tips of loosing weight, I need to shed 98 lbs.

Mach--- I agree with that Allaah swt gave us brains to use---and others choose not to use it to solve their earthly dilemma's like drought! But maybe it is thru this lack of brain usage that ALLaah swt controls the results of the actions of the subjects. If God willed it for them to use their brain, it would have happened. So this makes me believe God has a reason for Africans to lark behind and suffer. Maybe God loves them more than the gaalo? I mean, after all--what is the benefit of having everything u have? U would not be appreciative to the creator, most merciful, and most beneficent. OR it could mean, God wills the suffering on the specific specie like the Africans, who are less compassionate than the Cadaans/gaalo by nature. After all-- Gaall/Cadaan were created by Allaah swt too. OF course, God as our creator--must have favorites. Who is the favorite, that is the big epoch Shakespearean question! :stylin:

"it is related to the big scheme of things like births, deaths and beliefs."

How do you know Mach? How do you know Allaaw swt pre-ordained these 'big schemes' than mere little things ---like--the choice of your alcoholic spouse? I mean, unless u have proof where u base your sweeping statement-- I will take your statement as speculation or kindly call them 'theory'!

"Freewill includes how we look after ourselves, exploit our resources to our advantage, from the atom, solar energy to mining the moon. "
I agree with this statement.
