1. fighter jets
2. Technicals
3. Snipers
4 Rocket launchers such as BM-21

Any thing else is show off.

I made an error in my first post, the casualty rate of the Eritreans was not treble that of the Djiboutians, it was double that according to Djiboutian sources. The Eritreans did not disclose any information as to how many troops they lost.

Well look at the active conflicts today all over the world especially Africa Technicals are the most used vessels . Tanks are not effective any more. Soldiers use Armoured wheeled vehicles when they are protecting themselves, 2 shoots of RPG can disable a Tank completely.

Number one priority buy fighter jets
Second technicals, third armoured vehicles and rocket launchers. Plus some gadgets such as sniper and night vision utilities.

Djibooty got man handled by Eritrea on a border skirmish Djibooty ran to Qatar because even with French intelligence they couldn't stop Eritrea's advance.
