Yeah sure the Chinese are exploiting cheap local labour....however, the local people will learn vital new production, organisational skills that can be used to develop their own manufacturing sector in the future.
PS I truly believe that as a people Somali's have far more industry & talent than Ethiopia. Where we've gone wrong is in poor or non existent leadership.
