At its core i dont think their anger really has any thing to do with silanyo or HJ other than the fact that Silanyo is president and he is HJ. Its more to do with the fact that they feel that Berbera and all that is within it is theirs and no one elses. They feel that they are being threatend for control of assests such as the port and fuel depot. These are national assests and do not belong to any one in particular. We've been here before and suffered two cival wars on this same issue.

As I said before everyone wants peace but this administration does good job at ignoring people grievances.

Saaxil is the heart of somaliland any conflict there will give somaliland a bad image so I'm pretty sure after this a good healthy compromise will follow only through negotiations can this be resolved.

That is complete nonsense,CM didnt deny HJ or any other tribe to invest in their own degans, as far as I know there was a fall out between deero businessman and the government because they cut him out from the allocated licensed companies to take over the fuel tanks in berbera oil terminal,hence him and with support of some officials related to him started a public compaign to get him the license back or he will make his own rival port against berbera.
