Re: Axmed Maxammad Silaanyo legacy
idoors always focus on the person hebel ina hebel its the most unimportant thing really. less on what he can do or achieve. we need to set goals and try to reach them it is not important whos administration does it what matters is will we get the job done on time. or will we focus on trivial issues. its the collective achievement we need to work towards. as for ciiro and his diplomatic skills did ciiro ever set up a foreign committe in the parliament to draft new laws for the countries legal.status. what did ciiro do the last 10 years in the parliament. its not just ciiro what wil muse bring to the table can he unite somaliland can he make somaliland great how did he deal with his party friction or diwaanka qossolka ii doorta harvard baan ka so baxay wanaann maadeeyaa. .my point is the characters are not important the nation is important the people are important

Re: Axmed Maxammad Silaanyo legacy
Every time we have Habar X as natural rebels and Habar Y as natural cheerleaders------you know the family needs to do self assessment and ask themselves; Waxani ma nolol ba weliga reer hebel uun mucaraad ku ahaw and see only their wrongs? Ma nolol ba weliga adeerka uun uu sacab tun and appoint yourself as his bodyguard?
When you think every ceeb and Harry oo reer ku abtirsada represents that reer ma nolol ba?
Waxan kula talin laha dadkas inay madaxooda iyo qalbigoda xoreyan. Nin reer ku abtirsada lama mid ah sidi mel biyo lagu so ururiyay oo tunbo laga so shubay. Every man to his own weye. Every man has his own brain, thinking process, vision and aspiration as well as wants and needs.
These what certain people suffer from our community and you know such is neither academic view nor honest opinion but just a chip on their shoulders.
Be yourselves. Be comfortable. Be confident.
And learn to have views beyond "reer hebel weligod wax may saxiin' or 'aniga wardiye reerka ah'.
Silanyo ha noolado.
We saw the Erigabo road, every education, which raised the profiles of our youngsters, now not only are they entering US' leading institutions but they dominating countries like Malaysia, we saw roads improve including Berbera to Wajaale, we saw the airport come to live and as a result today more Landers are returning, we saw the start of water projects including Geed Deble and the Humba-weyne, security is better, and the enemies weaker, better budget, better economic environ through local/Diaspora investment and improved livestock market from saylada to the export.
Of course we need to next address the nomads directly and resolve their water and pasture issues.
Most importantly we have a different foreign policy one that encourages development than asking, repeating same old British this and that and so forth.
Now we need to take things to the next level and take the torch from Silanyo. We should not be dismissing nor undervaluing the man and his life time services to his people but we should be aiming to improve it, to make it stronger and to carry the load forward. We should not be going to square one every time.
Silanyo is calm, level headed and he counsels his people and cabinet through the creation of A-Z committees.
Idoor will see the value of Silanyo. Save this as archive.

Lol@idoor waa mucarad. I would argue Idoor and the rest of the Somalis are too complacent. Nigga people gonna send manned mission to Mars in the next decade and we are talking about hebel baa hudheel dhisey.
As for Siilaanyo, I don't know the guy but he always behaved respectably and with class. As for his legacy, I don't think it's as rosey you guys make it out to be but at least he is million times better than that gadabiirsi crook.

People are underestimating that we're a 25 year old nation with most of it's wax-garad and business/financial/technical luminaries living abroad. You don't make a diamond out of coal in 25 years or even a 100. It takes a lot of pressure and heat, and we know that the times ahead are better so let's support each other in building that bright future. We can't do that if we keep looking backwards and picking at our collective shortcomings, you move ahead by utilising our collective untapped potential.
Awowgey (
) Siilaanyo was the best president we've had so far, alxamdulillah maa shaa Allah tabaaraka Allah. In shaa Allah the rest are better and better, whatever qabiil they come from. Isaaq and
are one. Less division & more unity.

Most of the funds of Ceerigaabo road was actually collected from the diaspora and native Sanaagians backhome. Silanyo
haadu wax dhisayo Hargeisa roads with pot holes everywhere bu dhisay laha, that is the reality folks. Erigavo road just
like Salahley road is a community project. Also the renovating of Hargeisa and Berbera airports was donated by Kuwait.
Silanyo government never used its own money even though it claimed in 2015 we have a budget of "$251 million" ,
absolute disgrace.

Re: Axmed Maxammad Silaanyo legacy
Silanyo has my respect for being a focused leader that doesn't involve himself in the petty reer hebel vs reer hebel politics. Let's hope when the next president takes office they will also distance themselves from their supporters, whether the next president is ciro or biixi
